It’s Sunday, and there are no Tomahawks heading to Ukraine. The reports were mostly hype. Many knew early there wouldn’t be any. Only America can launch them, using its own technology. Britain has a small license, but they cannot act independently.
It seems President Trump may have played a strategic game with Zelensky. This approach avoids direct involvement in a complex, ethnic conflict that has no simple solution.
In my view, America should reconsider its role in NATO. NATO no longer offers much, and funding seems focused on unrelated priorities. The alliance prolongs war rather than prevents it.
