Dr. Vernon Coleman – What Are We Doing to Our Children?

I’ve been a fan of Dr. Vernon Coleman’s writings for quite a long time now. Not only are his frequencies at elevated levels, but so are his thoughts, ideas and subjects he tends to cover. I find his delivery to be particularly smooth with a tremendous calming tenor to his voice. For me a calm laidback tone of voice always resonates well, somehow it allows me to concentrate more on the subject matter.

For those not too familiar with his work I’d say Coleman’s delivery is more of a fireside chat style. It’s as if someone was telling you an interesting story and as hard as it may be to believe in today’s world, was telling it uninterrupted. His calming approach provides his large audience the added serenity and inner peace in volatile times. I’d say we all could use a fair dose of that kind of mindset right about now, wouldn’t you agree?

“Vernon Coleman is an English author, columnist and former general practitioner. He has written over 100 books, including works about human health, politics, cricket, and animal issues, and a range of novels.” “The Young Country Doctor is a series of books by former general practitioner Vernon Coleman describing the work, life and adventures of a traditional country doctor in the 1970s. Fifteen books have been published in the series between 1992 and 2018.” One of my personal favorites was released back in 1996. It’s called “How to stop your Doctor killing you.” I recommend you give him a try and connect into some of his work. The enlightened will appreciate his efforts.

Listen a major factor that’s going to determine how well any of us weather this new decade is what we choose to focus on. Nourish the positive and it will grow and dominate, however same goes for the negative. The one you feed will become the dominate thought pattern. Just remember that going forward. There will always be opportunities; you just have to find them.

We all need to be aware of the craziness that’s affecting us and make plans accordingly but it can’t control your life either. Balance people remember it’s all about balance! If you’re being honest with yourself many of you knew something like this was in the making and should have made some backup plans a long time earlier. Instead most rode out their particular market of choice for a couple extra bucks and delaying what should have been done first. The truth is not an insult and should not be taken as one.  Until next time, Barry in DR.
